Fried Rice with Shacha Sauce and Egg

Stir-fry the eggs in oil and set aside for later use.

Put the green peas and carrot diced in the original pot and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the green beans to the side of the pot, add the shacha sauce and sauté until fragrant.
4.
Add the rice and stir-fry well, and press to loosen while sautéing.
5.
Add eggs and stir-fry well.
6.
Add soy sauce and sugar and stir well.
7.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir well.
8.
Fresh and delicious. The homemade shacha sauce is fragrant.
