Tips:
1. It is best to use cool rice to make fried rice. For rice used for fried rice, the water should be suitable and not too soft when steaming. Generally, the ratio of rice to water is one to one.
2. The bacon used for fried rice is best cooked in advance. If raw bacon is used for frying, the texture will be too hard.
3. The ingredients used in the fried rice can be chosen at will, and the color is the best. Shrimp balls can be cooked directly in the pan, but they do not look smooth and the taste is not crisp enough. If the prawn balls are cooked in advance, the taste of the prawn balls will be better and beautiful.
