Fried Rice with Shrimp, Egg and Green Beans

Leftovers, shrimps, eggs, green beans.

Blanch the green beans for later use.

Heat up the pan and fry the eggs well.

Use the leftover oil to stir-fry the shrimps.

Pour in the leftover rice and stir fry, and at the same time add an appropriate amount of Himalayan salt.

Add eggs and shrimps.

Then add green beans.
8.
Sprinkle some chopped green onion before turning off the heat.
Tips:
1. Both shrimp and green beans need to be thawed in advance. 2. The shrimp can be cut into small pieces to make it easier to cook. 3. After the rice is fried, sprinkle with chopped green onion to taste better.
