Fried Rice with String Beans

Tear off two thick tendons of string beans, peel off garlic

Cut the kidney beans off the head and tail, cut into rice-sized particles, dice bell pepper, and chop garlic

Heat the wok, add vegetable oil, add the beans, minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp water, 1/4 tsp salt, fry until the beans are cooked through, set aside

Wash the wok, put directly into the ground pork, 1 tablespoon of water, cook over medium heat until the water is dry, while cooking, use a spatula to spread the meat

Finally add 1/2 tbsp of light soy sauce and fry until the minced meat is evenly colored

Add the fried beans and chopped red sweet peppers, and stir-fry over medium heat.

Add white rice, 1/4 tsp of salt, sauté over medium heat while using a spatula to loosen the rice

After the rice is evenly colored, it can be served
