Fried Rice with Three Vegetables

Green vegetables, carrots and pleurotus eryngii are all chopped, and cold rice is prepared (harder)

Heat the oil in the pan for a while, then stir-fry the carrots for a while

Then put down the rice and green vegetables and fry together

Pour in the cooking wine, the rice will be broken up in a while, then pour in the light soy sauce and continue to fry

Tips:
The rice used for fried rice must be cooked a little harder than fried, and salt can be added according to everyone’s taste
