Fried Rice with Tomato and Egg

Cold white rice

Wash accessories and spare

Carrots, onions, and ham are all cut into small cubes for later use

Peel the tomatoes

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces for later use

Add oil to the hot pot, beat the eggs directly into the pot, let the egg whites solidify

Stir the egg yolks into two colors of yellow and white, fry them until fragrant, and serve on a plate for later use

Put in the rice
