Fried Rice with Tomato and Egg

Wash the tomatoes, cross them up and down with a kitchen knife, and cook them in a pot for more than a minute.

Peel the boiled tomatoes and cut into small cubes.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pan, add a little salt to the eggs, and then spread them into 2 thin egg skins. Spread one of them on the bottom of the bowl.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pan, add the diced tomatoes and fry to get the juice.

Chop another egg crust and add it to the pan and stir fry

Add rice, salt, and a little sugar, stir fry evenly

Then put the rice in a small bowl and then pat it on the egg crust, and put it on the cucumber to decorate and you can meet people!
Tips:
1. For this fried rice, I think the tomato must be peeled, otherwise it will affect the taste.
2. Start with a little bit of tomato juice, it is best to fry for a while, otherwise the rice will rise too easily.
3. You can add some starch to the thinness of the egg crust stall, but I didn't add it. After heating the pan, pour the egg liquid and turn it quickly.
