Fried Rice with Umami Egg

Rinse the shrimp and scallops directly.

Drain for later use.

Prepare the chopped green onions.

Heat the pan with a little oil on the nonstick pan.

Add part of the chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add a little oyster sauce.

Tips:
