Soy Sauce Egg Fried Rice

Prepare stale rice, eggs, chopped green onion, and soy sauce with soy sauce, and make soy sauce fried rice. It is best to use overnight cold rice. The water vapor has basically dried, so that it will not stick when it is fried.

Use a flat-bottomed non-stick pan to fry the oil in the pot.

Add some chopped green onion and fry the scallion oil.

Pour in the old rice, use a small spatula to cut the rice into pieces, then turn to medium-to-small heat.

Then drizzle with Vidamei Premium Light Soy Sauce and stir fry for a few times.

Knock the egg directly onto the rice, and stir-fry the egg liquid and rice grains evenly.

Pour the remaining green onion into the pot.

Keep the heat low and stir fry for about 3 minutes.
Tips:
1. When frying the rice, be sure to fry the rice on a low heat and fry it until fragrant, so that the grains are distinct and it tastes more burnt.
2. If you like a darker color, you can add a little soy sauce before serving, and the color will be more rosy.
