Seafood Fried Rice

Bring hot water to a boil, then turn off the heat to blanch the squid water.

The shrimps are also blanched, just use the previous water.

Drain the pan dry and drizzle a little oil.

Sauté the green onions, and don’t make it too hot.

Put the squid, shrimp and shiitake mushrooms into the pot with oil, salt and teriyaki sauce and stir fry. The seasoning here is adjusted according to your own taste.

Stir-fry until there is no juice out of the pot and set aside.

After adding oil to the pot, add Shenfan, the pot must be washed and dried again, and it will dry out if you use it directly.

The rice grains must be shoveled away.

Add the beaten eggs. Here I use the whole eggs for seafood. If you like golden rice, I only use egg yolks.

Try to make the eggs evenly grained.

Then add seafood, pepper, salt and stir fry. Finally, the stir-fry is evenly finished.
Tips:
You can choose seafood according to your preferences, but you must remove the water, otherwise the rice will easily become lumpy.
