Fried Rice with Vegetable Beef Sauce

Prepare all the ingredients.

Put clean water in the cup of the cook machine, set the temperature to 100 degrees, for 5 minutes, add a little salt and cooking oil after the water boils, then pour the mixed vegetables into the boiling water, blanch the water, pour out, and drain for later use.

Install a stirring hook in the cup body, set the temperature to 100 degrees, for 1 minute, put in a spoonful of cooking oil, heat the cooking oil, add assorted vegetable grains after the oil is hot, and stir-fry for 1 minute at the L level.

Then pour the beaten rice, set the temperature to 100 degrees, for 2 minutes, and fry the rice in the L position.

Pour the beef sauce into the rice, select the L level and continue to stir for 2 minutes.

Tips:
1. When blanching mixed vegetables, add a little salt and oil to the water to keep the vegetables green.
2. The beef sauce itself has a salty taste, so the amount of salt should not be added at the end, adjust it according to the taste.
3. I use a Western-style chef machine, and I can also use gas and a wok directly, the same is true.
