I have eaten fried rice with wild sansho pepper in the night market before, and it was very enjoyable when I ate it warm. Later, the night market disappeared, and I never tried it again. I fry it myself when there is leftover rice at home. The taste is a bit close but not as good as it was back then

Fried Rice with Wild Pepper

1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside

2. Diced ham and cucumber

3. Chop wild pepper, put olive vegetables into a bowl and set aside

4. Overnight meal spare

5. Hot pan with cold oil and sauteed olives and vegetables

6. Add diced ham and diced cucumber

7. Pour the rice and stir fry immediately

8. Add light soy sauce, sugar, chicken powder, salt and black pepper, stir fry, pour in the egg mixture and stir-fry evenly into a small bowl.

9. Garnish with tomato sauce on a flat plate

10. Fried rice on the road is complete
