Fried Salt and Pepper Eggplant

Peel the eggplant, wash and dice.

Coat the eggplants evenly with flour.
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, heat it, and fry the eggplant.

Fry until the surface is golden and turn off the heat.
5.
Remove the oil control.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
