Fried Sauerkraut with Edamame

Prepare the ingredients you need in advance.

Bring to a boil, add the sauerkraut and stir-fry until dry.

Pour corn oil into the wok and stir-fry the edamame until cooked.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour in the minced meat and stir-fry on high heat.

Add edamame and sauerkraut and stir fry.

Add boiling water and simmer for a while.

Stir in the sauce until it comes out of the pan evenly.
