Fried Sauerkraut with Fresh Mushrooms

Ingredients: fresh mushrooms.

Sauerkraut.

Wash and remove the fresh mushrooms.

Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Unpack the sauerkraut, take it out, put it on the chopping board and cut it, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the freshly sliced mushrooms and stir fry.

Then, add the cut sauerkraut and stir fry with a little water.

Then, add some chicken essence.
9.
Stir-fry and serve.
