Fried Saury

1. First wash the saury and control the water, half the water and dry it for later use, and then the pot.

2. Put the cooking oil in a pot and heat until 80% hot.

3. Put the fish in a pan and fry on high heat for 1 minute, then use a spatula to turn the fish over and fry on high heat for 1 minute.

4. After the color of the fish turns golden yellow, sprinkle salt on it and mix well to get out of the pot.

5. Remember to flip it only once.
