Remove the belly and wash the fish, marinate it with salt for ten minutes, wash and cut into sections to dry.

Start the frying pan, add oil to the fire, and fish.

Shake the pot a little to let the oil spread evenly. After a minute or so, turn the fish over and adjust the heat to medium to low.
4.
Just serve and serve.
