Fried Saury with Lemon

Clean the saury, drain the water, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1/3 teaspoon of table salt and appropriate amount of cumin powder to marinate for 30 minutes.

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot to heat up, add the saury and fry slowly at medium to low heat. One side of the fry was turned over the other side of the fry.

Fry it out, squeeze the lemon juice on it and eat it.
Tips:
1. Because it is marinated with light soy sauce, try to reduce the heat when frying, so as not to paste too quickly.
2. The saury is fishy when it is cold, so eat it while it is hot.
3. This fish produces oil by itself, so don't put too much oil in it.
