Fried Sausage with Broad Beans

Peel off the pods and skins of broad beans, wash them and set aside.

Dice the sausage (the picture shows the size of the two sausages I used).

Prepare chopped green onion and ginger rice.
4.
Mix the diced sausage with cooking wine and let it stand for a while. Turn on high heat, heat the pan with cold oil, stir-fry the green onion and ginger to create a fragrance.
5.
Pour in the diced sausage and fry until translucent.
6.
Pour in broad beans and continue to stir fry.
7.
After the broad beans are cooked, add some salt and stir-fry them evenly.
8.
Plate.
