Fried Sausage with Cucumber

Prepare 2 cucumbers, 12g garlic, 10g green onions, and wash, and 2 sausages.

Peel the cucumber and remove the head and tail, and peel off the casing of the sausage.

Slice cucumber, sausage, scallion, garlic for later use, prepare 3g salt, 7g very fresh, and 2g chicken powder. (2 sausages should be 140g. When preparing, I cut a short piece of sausage and ate it ⸜(⌓̈)⸝)

Heat oil in a pan, add sliced green onion and garlic and stir fry twice.

Add the sausage and stir fry for a while.

Add the cucumber slices and stir fry after the sausage has slightly changed color.

Add salt to the fragrant, stir fry well.

Stir-fry for a while, add the flavor very fresh.

Continue to stir fry, add chicken powder to increase freshness just before it is out of the pan.

Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and take out.
Tips:
1. Cucumbers and sausages can be cut into other favorite shapes.
2. Put the sliced green onion and garlic in the pot and stir-fry twice before adding the sausage. Avoid burning the green onion and garlic when the sausage is fried.
3. Light soy sauce can be used as a substitute for those that are not extremely fresh. You can taste the saltiness and add according to personal taste before serving.
