Fried Scallop with Fungus and Egg

2 eggs with a pinch of salt

Cut scallops into small pieces, minced garlic, rice and pepper diced

The fungus is soaked, and the small pieces are ready.

Add scallops and stir fry

Push the ingredients in the pot to the side. Stir the eggs and drop them into the pot
