Fried Scallops

First process the ingredients. Thaw the scallop meat naturally, remove the small black ball at the tail, and rinse it well; wash the green and red peppers and cut into chili rings; cut the green onion and ginger for later use.
Heat the pan with oil, add the onion and ginger in the oil and saute until fragrant, pour in the processed scallop meat and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the scallop meat slightly shrinks out of water, and add green and red chili rings.

Stir-fry over high heat until the chili rings are broken. Season with salt, vinegar and oyster sauce.
