Fried Sea Crab with Ginger and Spring Onion

1. Wash the crabs.

2. Cut into pieces.

3. Wash the ginger and green onions and cut into sections.

4. Put the oil in the pot and add the green onion and ginger.

5. Add sea crabs.

6. Stir-fry until the color changes and pour in the cooking wine.

7. Add appropriate amount of water and salt.
