Fried Sea Melon Seeds

Grab a handful of sea melon seeds, scrub them under running water to remove the sand on the surface, and soak them in clean water for at least 1 hour to spit sand (if you buy them that have already spit sand, you still need to scrub them).

Slice ginger, slice green onion and pepper, and mince garlic. Place the cooking wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.

Heat the pan, add the oil and heat, add the green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, then add the sea melon seeds and stir fry, add 2 spoons of water, cover the pot and cook for 1 or 2 minutes.

It is found that the sea melon seeds have slightly opened their shells. Add the pre-mixed seasonings and stir fry. Cover the pot and cook until most of the sea melon seeds have opened their shells.

When half of the soup is received, the pot can be started.

Serve.
Tips:
If you like spicy food, you can add the chili when you saute it; if you just want to add a taste, just add the chili when collecting the juice just like me.
