This dish was originally often made in Taiwan, but in Taiwan, nine-story pagoda is added to enhance the flavor. When I came here, I found that the nine-story pagoda is not very good, and it is not easy to buy, so I improved it into the fried sea melon seeds with southern taste. "

Ingredients

Fried Sea Melon Seeds

1. Grab a handful of sea melon seeds, scrub them under running water to remove the sand on the surface, and soak them in clean water for at least 1 hour to spit sand (if you buy them that have already spit sand, you still need to scrub them).

2. Slice ginger, slice green onion and pepper, and mince garlic. Place the cooking wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.

Tips:

If you like spicy food, you can add the chili when you saute it; if you just want to add a taste, just add the chili when collecting the juice just like me.
