Fried Shanghai Green

Wash the dried chili and cut into sections, smash the garlic, peel, and chop into fine pieces, boil the Shanghai Qing with boiling water and remove it for later use.

Heat in a frying pan, sauté the dried chilies and minced garlic
3.
Pour in a little water and bring to a boil
4.
Just pour the boiled soup on the greens
Tips:
1. Add some minced garlic to the greens, it tastes more fragrant.
2. Slightly blanch the greens, don’t over-blanch them.
