Fried Shiitake Mushrooms

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut off the roots.

Cut into slices.
3.
Saute the chopped garlic in the pot.
4.
Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.
5.
Add in Verdame soy sauce and stir fry.
6.
Add a small amount of water and simmer.
7.
Thicken the soup, add salt and mix thoroughly.
