Fried Shiitake Mushrooms

1. Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut off the roots.

2. Cut into slices.

3. Saute the chopped garlic in the pot.

4. Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

6. Add a small amount of water and simmer.
