Fried Shredded Cabbage with Oil Residue

1. Prepare the ingredients and tear the cabbage into pieces by hand

2. Add salt to the water and boil

3. Add the shredded cabbage to blanch

4. After boiled off, remove the cold water

5. Heat the pan with cold oil and stir fry with chilies

6. Stir-fry the cabbage and oil residue that have been dried after being put in water

7. Season with appropriate amount of salt, and season with appropriate amount of MSG when going abroad

8. Finished product

Tips:

1. The cabbage tastes better when it is torn by hand and fried.
2. The shredded cabbage is blanched in salt water and it is more convenient to fry.
3. If you like spicy food, add more chili.
4. Those who don't like MSG can use a small amount of fresh seasoning in June. MSG must be put out when it is out of the pot, because heating will produce harmful substances.
