Fried Shrimp

Try soy sauce

Prepare fresh soy sauce, chopped green onion and sliced ginger

The oil is very hot, add the shrimp in 2 times and stir for a minute.

Add in June fresh soy sauce and stir fry evenly

Tips:
1. Don't dump the oil after the oil burst, you can stir-fry the vegetables. The time of the oil burst depends on the size of the shrimp. Generally, the fried shrimp is a bit smaller and has the best taste
2. White sugar can improve the flavor of the dishes. If you don't like it, don't add it. Add soy sauce to adjust the saltiness according to your own taste.
