Fried Shrimp
1.
Wash the white prawns, control the moisture, and cut the middle section of the chives into small sections about 5 mm.
2.
Cut the remaining green onions into sections, separate the white and green onion leaves, and shred the ginger
3.
Pick up a vegetable oil pan, add more oil than usual for cooking, add green onion leaves and fry the green onion oil (if you like to fry the shrimp, add more oil)
4.
Take out the scallion leaves, add the shrimps, deep-fry the shrimps until they become discolored, and then remove the oil control.
5.
Leave a small amount of oil in the pot, add scallion white and ginger while remaining warm, sauté fragrant, add shrimp and stir fry a few times
6.
Add salt to season the shrimps after they are cooked. Since the shrimps are relatively fresh, no other seasonings are added in order to highlight the original taste of the shrimps.
7.
Add the remaining chopped chives and stir-fry evenly out of the pan
