Fried Shrimp

Large head prawns (river prawns are the best), and the back of the shrimp can be scratched.

In the bowl ➕ honey ➕ light soy sauce ➕ oil ➕ starch water.

Just blanch the shrimp to change color, drain the water. Sprinkle cornstarch and fry for a while.

Start the pot ➕ ginger garlic sauce ➕ light soy sauce ➕ shrimp and stir fry for a while.
