Fried Shrimp

Main and auxiliary materials: shrimp, eggs

Wash the shrimps, drain the water, add salt and pepper to marinate for 10 minutes.

Stir the egg liquid and starch evenly.

Take the marinated shrimps and dip them in the egg mixture.
5.
Fry it in 50% hot oil.
6.
After frying, remove and place on absorbent paper. Do it all in turn. Serve on a plate and serve.
Tips:
1. When picking up the shrimps, pick out the black shrimp thread.
2. When pickling, put less salt to avoid excessive taste.
