Fried Shrimp

Drain the water after washing the shrimp

Use a knife to remove the shrimp thread from the back, and then remove the shrimp whiskers

Prepare shredded ginger, green onion, rice wine, add balsamic vinegar, sugar and light soy sauce to a small bowl and mix well

Then pour the green onion, ginger, rice wine into the shrimp, mix well and marinate for half an hour

Pour the oil in the hot pan, heat the oil for 7 minutes, pour the shrimp and fry it

Fry until the shrimp shells are crispy and scoop up

Save the bottom oil, then return the shrimp to the pot and pour the adjusted sauce

The constant stir-frying makes the shrimp absorb all the juice and then turn off the heat to get out of the pan
Tips:
1. This dish has the best taste and shape when cooked with live shrimp. I use white shrimp.
2. The sweet and sour taste can be adjusted according to your own taste, and you can try it while adjusting.
