Fried Shrimp Balls

Remove the shrimp thread, shrimp whiskers, feet, shrimp shells, wash and set aside.

Cut the shrimp from the back.

Add salt, cooking wine, and pepper to mix well, and marinate for a while.

The marinated shrimp is first dipped in egg liquid and then wrapped in breadcrumbs.
