Fried Shrimp Cake

Wash the soaked fungus and shiitake mushrooms and chop finely.

Chop the shrimp into shrimp paste.

Mix the minced meat, shrimp paste, fungus and mushrooms, add salt, ginger powder, pepper, oil consumption, and rice wine and mix well.
