Fried Shrimp in Typhoon Shelter

Sea prawns cut off the prawn silk, prawn feet, open the back and remove the prawn string, add salt, cooking wine, ginger, pepper, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Garlic, minced ginger, minced garlic twice in clean water, then soak in clean water for later use.

Tips:
1. Soak garlic in water and then fry it, it will not be easy to bitter, otherwise it will be bitter easily.
2. The bread crumbs are easy to fry. Don't cook them too much. Fry them slowly.
