Fried Shrimp with Broad Beans

Wash the broad beans and rice, peel the shrimps, pick out the shrimp threads, chop the ginger into fine pieces, and two small red peppers (not necessary);

Grab cornstarch and pepper, marinate well; put a proper amount of salt in the shrimp,

The broad bean rice is blanched in boiling water with salt and a few drops of oil and drained for later use;

Prepare cornstarch, salt, white pepper and some water to make water starch:

Heat a pan, add some oil, add ginger slices and red pepper, stir fry;

Stir-fry until it is fragrant, add shrimp and stir fry;
7.
Stir-fry the shrimps and add the blanched broad beans and rice to stir-fry together;
8.
Then add the previously adjusted water starch and heat up the juice;
9.
Take out the pan and serve.
