Fried Shrimp with Broad Beans and Fungus
1.
Materials are ready.
2.
Peel the broad beans, blanch them in a pot of boiling water, and remove them for later use.
3.
Put a small amount of oil in the pot and stir-fry the shrimps.
4.
Lower fungus and blanched broad beans.
5.
Stir-fry for about 1 minute and season with a little salt.
Tips:
1. The broad beans are blanched and taste better when they are fried again.
2. Because it's a small stir-fry, the shrimp can be cooked without being overlaid.
