Fried Shrimp with Chayote

Prepare the ingredients

Marinate the shrimp with cooking wine, salt and oyster sauce

Chayote peeled and seeded and sliced

Stir-fry the cooked shrimp from the frying pan and serve

Stir fry with tempeh

Add chayote and black fungus, then add some salt and boiling water

Tips:
Tempeh has a salty taste, so don't put too much salt.
