Chayote is full of nutrients in melon vegetables, and regular consumption is beneficial to enhance the body's ability to resist diseases. Added shrimps, more nutritious.

Fried Shrimp with Chayote

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Marinate the shrimp with cooking wine, salt and oyster sauce

3. Chayote peeled and seeded and sliced

4. Stir-fry the cooked shrimp from the frying pan and serve

5. Stir fry with tempeh

6. Add chayote and black fungus, then add some salt and boiling water

7. After the chayote is cooked, add the shrimp

8. Put some oyster sauce and stir fry

9. Sprinkle chopped green onion

Tips:

Tempeh has a salty taste, so don't put too much salt.
