Fried Shrimp with Cucumber
1.
Prepare cooked shrimps to remove their shells and heads, leaving only the shrimps.
2.
Prepare old cucumbers and hot peppers.
3.
Peel the old cucumber.
4.
Cut into thin slices after removing the flesh.
5.
Add salt and stir well.
6.
When a little bit of water is marinated and become soft, rinse with water and squeeze out the water.
7.
Remove the seeds and cut the peppers into long pieces.
8.
Put a proper amount of oil in the pot, add garlic slices and ginger shreds and stir fry until fragrant (the ginger shreds are cut by mother, very thin, and the knife is very good)
9.
Add the hot pepper and stir fry slightly.
10.
Add the old cucumber and stir fry.
11.
When the old cucumbers are translucent, add the shrimps.
12.
Stir fry quickly and add appropriate amount of salt.
13.
Turn off the heat and add a little sesame oil to taste.
Tips:
1. The cucumber is fried with salt to remove the moisture, and the texture is soft and crisp.
2. Although the cucumbers have been washed after pickling, they still have a salty taste, so add the salt in moderation.
