A delicious and simple quick dish!

Fried Shrimp with Egg

1. Add salt, cooking wine, and a little pepper to the prawns and marinate for 10 minutes

2. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add salt, cooking wine, chopped green onion, and a little water to beat

3. Heat oil in a pan, pour the beaten eggs, use chopsticks to cut open, serve

4. Heat the pan, add the shrimp and fry until the color changes

5. Add the scrambled eggs, stir-fry well, and out of the pan

Tips:

Add a little water to the egg, the egg will taste very tender
