Fried Shrimp with Lettuce

Accurate the ingredients, peel and wash the lettuce, and wash the shrimp.

Add a tablespoon of cooking wine, a pinch of salt and pepper to the shrimp, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Shred the lettuce and smash the garlic.

Tips:
Lettuce doesn’t need to be fried for a long time, it will be crispy after a long time.
Shrimp stir-fried discoloration should be removed, if you don't want to stir-fried for a long time, you will get old.
