Fried Shrimp with Onion and Sesame

Open the back of the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, and drain the water. Cut ginger into small pieces. After the oil is heated, the shrimp and ginger are stir-fried together. The time can be longer. This step is to separate the shell and the shrimp. After frying, set aside.

Cut the onion into fine pieces. You don’t need to wash the pan of the prawns just now. Add some oil, sauté the onions, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and fry for two to three minutes until the onions become soft and delicious.

Pour the prawns and continue to fry, add half a teaspoon of salt, pour in the light soy sauce, and fry until it tastes.

Add a spoon of sugar, add cooked white sesame seeds, and stir fry again.

Sprinkle a little white sesame on the finished product and add white rice. It's really delicious.
