Fried Shrimp with Onion and Sesame

1. Open the back of the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, and drain the water. Cut ginger into small pieces. After the oil is heated, the shrimp and ginger are stir-fried together. The time can be longer. This step is to separate the shell and the shrimp. After frying, set aside.
