Fried Shrimp with Peas

Shrimp and intestines are cleaned

My prawns are big, all cut in the back

Add some cooking wine

Add some salt

Add some pepper

Add some oil and stir evenly to marinate for a while

Blanch the bamboo shoots, remove and drain the water, cut into small dices for later use

Blanch the peas, remove and drain the water for later use

Shrimp oil from the frying pan

Remove and drain the oil for later use

Another frying pan

Add diced peas and bamboo shoots, stir fry and add some salt

Add the greased shrimp

Finally, thicken the thin glutinous rice and put it on the pan.
Tips:
My prawns are a bit big, so it's even more flavorful!
