Fried Shrimp with Sliced Hibiscus Melon

Fresh shrimps are removed and the shrimp line is washed.

Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices.

Boil the shrimps in boiling water and remove them.

Stir the eggs.

Fry in a frying pan and serve.
