Fried Shrimps
1.
Wash, remove the shrimp thread, use kitchen paper to soak up the surface water
2.
Wash the leek and cut into sections
3.
Heat a pan with a little oil
4.
Fry the prawns in the pan until they are ripe. After turning over and changing the color, pour the cooking wine from the side of the pan and add the chopped leeks.
5.
Turn it over for five or six seconds, then add a tablespoon of white sugar, stir well, and then add the light soy sauce (you can add more if the flavor is heavy).
6.
Stir-fry them thoroughly, coat the leeks and shrimp in the soup, and then serve. Those who are heavy can add a little salt to the pan.
Tips:
1. It is best to use live shrimp, which tastes more fresh, and iced shrimp is also fine;
2. Pay attention to the heat of the fried shrimp, don't make the shrimp too old;
3. Those with heavy taste can add a little salt before going abroad. Generally speaking, the salty taste of soy sauce will do.
