Fried Shrimps

                                Wash the shrimp and remove the shrimp thread for use~ (Teach you to use a toothpick to pick the third joint on the back of the shrimp, and slowly pull out the shrimp thread on both sides)

                                Marinating ~ Catch shrimp with a little cooking wine. Then marinate for 20 minutes

                                Adjust the juice ~ a little light soy sauce + sugar + edible salt (if you buy sea prawns, you don't need to add salt) + equal proportions of plain water.                                 Tips ~ If it is sea prawns, you can really do not need to add salt. Otherwise it's easy to be very salty ~ haha
