Fried Shrimps

Wash the shrimp and remove the shrimp thread for use~ (Teach you to use a toothpick to pick the third joint on the back of the shrimp, and slowly pull out the shrimp thread on both sides)

Marinating ~ Catch shrimp with a little cooking wine. Then marinate for 20 minutes

Preparation ~ Just cut off a little green onion, ginger and garlic during marinating and set aside.

Adjust the juice ~ a little light soy sauce + sugar + edible salt (if you buy sea prawns, you don't need to add salt) + equal proportions of plain water. Mix thoroughly and reserve

Fry the shrimps ~ Pour in some olive oil, and fry the shrimps when the oil is hot. Change the color on both sides. Take it out for later use. Leave a little oil in the pot

In a pot, put the onion, ginger and garlic prepared in advance into the pot and fry until fragrant

Add the prawns and continue to stir fry a few times~

Pour in the previously prepared sauce and continue to stir-fry evenly.

Stew~ Cover and simmer for 2 to 5 minutes. During the period, be sure to look at Don't dry the pot. When the juice is almost collected, turn off the heat and it's ok~
Tips:
Tips ~ If it is sea prawns, you can really do not need to add salt. Otherwise it's easy to be very salty ~ haha
