Fried Shrimps
1.
Wash the red shrimp and remove the shrimp thread (the shrimp I bought this time do not have shrimp thread, this step is omitted, some must go, or it will not affect the taste) mince the ginger and garlic, and shred the green onion for use
2.
Heat the oil, pour the onion, ginger, and garlic into the pot until fragrant;
3.
Add soy sauce and cooking wine;
4.
Stir-fry the onion, ginger and garlic mixed with seasoning for a while;
5.
Add the prawns and simmer for a while;
6.
Fry them in a pan.
Tips:
1. It's best to remove the shrimp heads. I usually do it. This time I didn't go because there was meat, but it directly affected the taste;
2. Because it is oil stew, the oil must be a little bit more.
3. The Argentine Red Shrimp is too big, and the cooking time needs to be a little longer.
