Fried Shrimps

Remove the shrimp threads, shrimp whiskers, shrimp guns, and shrimp feet, clean them, and pour in a little cooking wine.

Prepare shredded green onion, shredded ginger, and a small handful of rock candy.

Heat the oil and add the shrimps, stir them over medium heat, while pressing the shrimp heads with a spatula.

Add half of the rock sugar, continue to stir fry, turn it over, turn red on both sides.

Pour in the green onion and ginger, the remaining rock sugar, you can add some tomato sauce, and continue to stir fry.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar and stir fry evenly.

Pour in a small amount of water (preferably tender with less water), and cover the pot for a while.
8.
Collect the juice and start the pot.
