Fried Small Meatballs
1.
Still my style, ginger slices marinated in soy sauce. Because I really don’t like to add ginger to minced meat. Marinate for about 5 minutes. Let the light soy sauce taste the taste of ginger.
2.
Start to adjust the material. As with dumplings, chop the green onion, chopped green onion, stir in the meat, add the soy sauce with marinated ginger, and add a little oyster sauce. I didn't add salt, because I think the original flavor of the small meatballs is the most delicious. After adding these, stir evenly.
3.
Beat an egg into the dumpling and mix well. Add a little cornstarch and mix well.
4.
Heat the oil pan on medium heat and turn to low heat when small bubbles form in the pan. You can start frying the meatballs.
5.
Use a small spoon to scoop up the mince, the shape you like is fine. Put them in a frying pan and fry them one by one. After placing it, turn it over with chopsticks. The golden color can be clipped out.
6.
After the clip is out, it is best to filter the oil on a colander. Better to save.
Tips:
The reason for not adding salt is that the meat itself is delicious. Light soy oyster sauce has been added when mixing the ingredients. In the later period, I used to eat stuffed tofu, or eat it in the hot pot, or directly fried it with tomato sauce. So, it’s better not to add salt~
