Fried Small River Prawns

Clean and drain the small river prawns, put them in a large bowl, add salt, and marinate in cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Add five-spice powder, pepper, and chili powder.

Add flour and mix thoroughly.

Heat the pan with oil. When the oil is 80% hot, pour the mixed small river prawns in portions and loosen them.

Fry for about ten seconds and drain the oil.
